Swimming, Dipping or Floating everyday in November, a dip for 10 seconds to a short swim. A group of locals getting together to help support local Mental Health Charities and local families, especially kids. From support dealing with bullying to suicide, anxiety to full depression, and the effect on those around their families. Sudden death or cancer can have a dramatic effect on families. This is what young people need help with the most. With new programs set up to help young people and their families. Every penny will be accounted for and used where it’s needed most. Younger and olders can pair up and do every second day. :) Last year the benefactors were The Skibbereen Community And Family Resource Centre and New Programs in the Secondary School. This year we hope with your help to do even more.
