Freeze-buary for Parkinson's Ireland

I will be doing freeze-buary this February which is a challenge of swimming in the sea every day for the month of February building up to 28 minutes on the 28th, I will be completing this challenge for Parkinson's association of Ireland on behalf of my Granny who is in her early 60's and was diagnosed with parkinson's 32 years ago.
