Free Medical Camp 2016

The Subhani family is currently organising a project to fund a free medical camp in Bangladesh.
We will be travelling to a village called Bizlee, Bangladesh in December 2016 with 2 doctors and will be joined by a local medical team there. Our aim is to provide free medical care over the period of a week to women and children who are living in extreme poverty and have no access to any healthcare services.
As a family we have strong ties to our roots in Bangladesh, and it’s always been important for us to help improve the lives of those in Bangladesh in whatever way we can.
Medical care in Bangladesh is commercialised which limits the healthcare available to those without the funds to pay for private health care. With this in mind we are setting up a free medical camp in a region where poverty is rife and the local villagers are unable to pay for any healthcare.
How will your donations be used?
Your donations will be used to pay for investigations (such as blood tests, x-rays, ultra sounds, and urine analysis), medications, and other costs that will be required to set up our medical camp. If we raise enough we also hope to provide hospital care while covering surgery costs for any emergency cases we come across. Your donations will allow us to provide a more comprehensive care to the women and children we will be treating in Bangladesh.
