Most of you know the situation, and the details are still being investigated.

All I know is that my son woke up while he was sleeping in a bed with his son. He woke up to someone with a knife. We need to get him a really good attorney. This happened on 3/11/2020. He's been in jail for almost 8 months now. He needs good representation because the Sacramento Public defenders office has done nothing. He hasn't even received his discovery.

He has a preliminary hearing coming up on December 7, 2020.  We need to get him a good attorney.

Please whatever small amount you can donate will be very much appreciated. Thank you all who have checked on me and supported me during this. My heart is hurting over this, and I need my son to be released. He doesn't belong in there!
