Hello, as you are all recently aware i raised funds for another dog named Angel for her freedom flight from Egypt to the UK. Which I successfully raised the funds for and have recently done a home check for her. There is now another dog I desperately want to help leave that hell hole of a country.

Meet Akila

Akila was rescued by our rescuer in Egypt. She was severely emaciated, struggling to walk the streets dragging one of her back legs.

She had soo much muscle wastage that they couldn’t even find any muscle to inject her so they had to provide the medication in liquid form. She also had a fracture that healed incorrectly. She is on a special diet of royal canine and cooked chicken and has to eat 4 times a day to build her strength up.

Akila was rescued on the 1st January 2025

it is now 2nd of March I’m creating this gofundme and Akila is doing extremely well, she has gained weight and she is now walking properly!

She is estimated to be around 8/9 years old and I desperately want to bring her over to find her forever home so she can live out her final years in peace, comfort and love. I have full RBU (rescue back up from A New Leash For Life Rescue)
