Hello Lompoc! As you guys may now know, and for those who don’t... I recently got shut down by the health department from someone reporting and for now I am shut down to serve to you guys. It came to me as a surprise to me as much as it did for you guys BUT it was bound to have happened sooner or later! Since then I have been shown and directed by Santa Barbara County Public Health Officials what I need to do to get “legit”! There are licenses I need to get, permits, insurance, tax ID numbers, ect.... I am reaching out to all of you that have been supporting me since I’ve started to try and raise these funds to take the next step into getting a kitchen to cook out of and then eventually buy a food truck once I save enough money to do so. I never expected Big Jayke’s to get this big this fast and everything is new to me. Now I’m getting led into the right direction to become a legit business. With your guys’ help it can really change a lot for myself & for Lompoc in general. In the last year and a half I’ve donated to many charities, events, businesses, fundraisers, and have fed over 500 people out of my own pocket. I’m just a dude that was born and raised in Lompoc that has gave back as much as I get. This all started by serving from home and fundraising for my mother when she gotten sick. I appreciate you guys for getting me to this point and would love your support to help me get to the next step of my business!
