Donations and Prayers are appreciated for Scott “Tunji” Turner who was unlawfully detained and denied a fast bail hearing , since the week of September 20th. He has been wrongfully charged and is fighting the legal jeopardy for his long term freedom and pursuit of happiness
Scott is a good member of the community who has been caught up in the system, and, because of unjust denial of reasonable bond, is unable to support his family, maintain his employment, and his housing. He is no threat, and has no history of violence, keeping him in jail is unfair and unjust and premised on a system of white supremacy.
All donations are appreciated as they will be used for legal fees to secure his bond and defend against wrongful incarceration. Scott along with his family appreciates all the support as their prayer is that this case will be resolved as soon as possible.

After a successful bond hearing on Nov. 11 2021. There is no legal charges against him, but the legal fight to remove the legal jeopardy , so he can return to his home in Philadelphia, is going to be a long and arduous process, requiring experts in the legal battle against the state of Georgia to clear his name and rectify the situation at hand. All support and prayers have been logged in the heart and I am forever grateful and thankful
