Free Spirit Farm Animal Rescue
Donation protected
Since I was a little girl, it's been my dream to live with, care for and bring balance to the lives of animals.
In late 2015, I set out on a mission to do what I love and to support my passion by starting Free Spirit Farm as a horse riding lesson barn. Over the past four years, the business has gained momentum and continues to be the well that provides for me and the 40+ animals that call this farm home.
I have to admit, it wasn't in the plans to be responsible for so many animals. But how could I say no to those in need when I have the room and the determination to help them. So here we are. Four years later, so many more animals richer, and all I want to do is continue to help. I have gotten in the habit of 'collecting' rescue animals who depend on me for their wellbeing. Free Spirit Farm is at the point where we have more rescued pets than we do working. This means the 6-7 working horses are providing for ALL the other living creatures here.
The big picture is really this... Since I could never deny helping an animal in need, we are beginning to have an imbalance in cash flow on the farm. You're reading this because I want to be able to do more and I need your help. This is me asking for your help to make Free Spirit Farm Animal Rescue a non-profit organization that the community can help support.
If we can make Free Spirit Farm a 501.3.c, the sky is the limit!!! I promise I will never give up on this dream of helping animals. This is my passion, and my purpose. I know there are so many of you who wish to support this cause and become part of our rescue community. These animals deserve better, if not, the best, and it's my only hope that you will help me in this life we call RESCUE.
Any monetary donations will go toward the legal fees of becoming a non-profit organization. Any excess will be fed straight to the animals! We also have a few hefty vet bills approaching for the rescues who need extra attention. Physical donations such as horse hay, cat food, dog food, toys, treats etc. are also welcomed! Feel free to give me a call and drop by the farm at 1978 Brooks Road Dacula Ga 30019
I know I can't do it all on my own and I am over the moon gracious and grateful for all of those who share my compassion and want to help. Thank you all for the support.
Sincerely,
Jessie and The Animals.
