Free Spencer, Jacob Cherry Family Support Fund

We are asking for $30,000 
1. For legal fees for Jay’s brother Spencer and to help him go back to school when he gets
out.
2. To help Jays family with funeral cost, bills, and debt incurred during this time.

The last thing they should worry about after
the loss of their brother/son is financial
burden.

Jay’s younger brother Spencer was searched
illegally and arrested, he was 19 at the time.

He remained held throughout covid and was
denied bail, even though he had no priors.

He hasn’t seen Jay in person for over a year
and has only been able to speak to him a
couple times before his death.

Jay wasn’t around when his brothers were
younger, having spent 11 years in jail himself.

It was always one of his biggest regrets that he couldn’t be there for his younger brothers.

His main priority was getting Spencer out and making sure he didn’t make the same mistakes that he had.

His mother already lost one son, let’s not let
her lose another one to the system.

As Jay used to always say,
“Freedom is a must”

chance to do something for someone I love
would not only mean a lot to me, but to his
family, to everyone whose life was touched by Jays presence.

To know that his wishes will be carried out and his family taken care of will provide some kind of peace of mind amidst this terrible tragedy.
