Free "Zoe"

My name is Fidel Chagolla. I will begin by saying how thankful I am for being given the opportunity to tell others my story of the most precious thing that has been taken away from me and my family, my beautiful baby girl. I was raised in the California youth Authority as a  juvenile where I learned how to survive as a child growing up. I made poor choices throughout my life that would cause me to be stuck in a world of negative social norms growing up. I continued to make poor choices in life without realizing how I may be affected when I decided to have a family of my own. I had a daughter at the age of thirty-nine that was taken from my custody because of my violent past that was 17 years old and the mother of my daughter  had children taken from her and that were already in the system. I continued to fight for reunification services by completing programs and never gave up fighting for my daughter.  My parental rights were terminated because of my past history and because mothers history of children being in the system. Me and my family obtained counsel from Vincent W Davis law firm that took our savings of 15,000 and no victory. My baby girl is 2 now and since she's been gone I graduated from Riverside City College and transferred to University of California Riverside to obtain my bachelor's degree in Sociology. I continue in the fight for my daughter before she's adopted out with hope to reunite with her because I love her with all my heart and will never give up fighting for her. I need help in obtaining counsel with hope in winning this fight so me and my daughter can reunite and restore our families broke hearts. Thank you. Fidel Chagolla.
