Today our friend Matthew Rojas was approached by ICE officers while heading to a court date.  They claimed that they had a warrant for his arrest and now have him in custody.

We need to raise $15,000 for legal defense fund for our friend before further action is taken against him and he is lost within the system.

PLEASE donate to his bail fund!  We are currently tracking his moves through the system and we know that he is being detained in Beacon NY, being moved to Bergen County NJ.

Please help by donating what you can, sharing this campaign.  We will keep everyone updated via this platform for your opportunity to show up in court and show the judge that our community is watching and cares about him.

In order for us to withdraw the funds from this campaign we, collectively, have selected Sean Wintour is the designated person as the recipient. Sean leaves close to Matt mother and can expedite funds to her as we were not able to directly connect an account that she has access to. Sean is a responsible community member that has is transparent about his role in supporting Matt and his family in their time of need.
