My name is Ruvyn, and my beautiful daughter is Aspen.

In July of 2025, I found out that her bio father is a pedophile and confessed to molesting a 9 year-old girl. It is also alleged that he molested a 12 year-old girl. This tore our world apart. She hasn't seen him in 3 years, because thankfully, I trusted my intuition that he was not safe.

But the battle isn't over... he still has parental rights to Aspen. And I don't have much grounds to stand on yet to change that.

Due to the permanence of terminating parental rights, it's required that a family law lawyer be present in the case. This will be a contested case, meaning he will not agree to have his rights terminated. He's made it clear that he will do everything in his power to hold a place in Aspen's life.

As a mother, I cannot allow that. She deserves to be free of this monster.

Lawyer fees for a case like this can run up to 30k or more. And I don't have the funds for that.

Once I do have his rights terminated, I will also be changing her last name to my family's last name to free her of him forever.

We have a long journey ahead of us: therapy, healing, and legal protection. This is just the beginning, and I don't have a village behind me. I have a loving family who are still living in poverty. They cannot financially support me through this. I am reaching out for help from the community. Help me protect and free my daughter and myself.
