Fred's Painful Toothache: Can You Help?

I'm Fred. I had a terrible toothache, and Medicare won't cover it. The pain is overwhelming, and a kind friend picked me up and took me to the dentist where I got antibiotics. The only insurance I have is Medicare. They forced it on me when I became disabled. My AHCCCS (Arizona's Medicaid) used to cover everything. Now it covers only my Medicare payments.

Medicare won't cover dental work.

The dentist found three infected teeth. It's hardly a shock that I haven't been to the dentist in years. I can't afford it.

Jennifer is taking me back next week to have an oral surgeon extract all three teeth, but it's going to cost roughly $1500. She will help me, because she's a kind person, but she's not wealthy either.
