If you know Fred, you know he’s one of a kind. A true force of nature — crazy in the best way, hilariously honest, and deeply caring. Fred has dedicated his life to helping others, especially within the recovery community. Now, Fred needs us.

For over a year, Fred has been battling cancer and other serious medical complications. Through it all — the pain, the treatments, the setbacks — he’s kept showing up. For his friends. For his community. And for his family — his wife of over 40 years, Lisa, and their amazing daughter, Gracie.
