Fredrick Smedley 1949-2024

Hi my name is gary Fitzgerald am doing this on the behalf of my late father Fredrick Smedley.

After specking to family and friends we all decided to do a go fund me for him.

My dad past away while on holiday with his friends in Spain on the 7th September after having a good bevvy with is friends the night before and past away in his sleep.

Unfortunately the bugger didn't take out any travel insurance so with the help of my cousin Tony Fitzgerald together you paid for his service which was taken on 12th September surrounded by his friends who he was on holiday with.

All of the people there with me where fantastic and made a tough period in my life a little easier.

The go fund me is to cover the expenses for the service and what ever is left over will be donated to neonatal unit which looks after premature babies I've chosen this charity because his first grandchild was a premature baby you turned 18 last month.

My dad used to do alot of charity work so in doing this something good comes out of a situation, in away it will be his last charity work.
