Fredette House Fire Fundraiser

Thank you all for reaching our first goal, and thank you SO much for everyone’s generosity and support!! I will continue to increase the fundraising amount as long as donations are still happening. The first transfer is scheduled for Christmas Eve so I plan on delivering the first payment to the Fredettes as soon as it is processed!*

Hi all,

As many of you may be aware, on late Monday night 12/14 various fire departments (Putnam, East Putnam, Attawaugan, Woodstock Vol Fire Assoc. Sta 76, and Community Fire Company) responded to a house fire at the Fredette family residence. Though the fire departments did an amazing job at putting out the fire, the house took great damage and not much was able to be salvaged from inside of the home aside from some family photos. American Red Cross had to be notified for assistance.

The Fredette's have been long term community members of Putnam, with their 3 children Elizabeth, Maria, and Travis all attending Putnam Public Schools. Travis is currently finishing out his senior year at PHS, and Elizabeth and Maria are currently residing in Colorado. Over the years the family had spent a great amount of effort into renovating their old home.

The money raised in this Fundraiser will go directly to the Fredette family, to help them after losing their home. Their main priority is finding temporary shelter for the time. Any food, clothes, well wishes, hugs, or other donations are also greatly appreciated, and can be managed by getting in contact with Lindsay Roberts.

As Christmas is right around the corner I please ask that you help contribute whatever you are able, to this family. It is the holiday season, and the time to give to those in need, especially family and friends. The Fredette's have not reached out for any other assistance, but if you would like to contribute it would be beyond appreciated by the family.
