Freddie’s Spinal Cord Injury Rehab

Donation protected
On Thursday, February 20, 2020 a tragic collision nearly took his life—but by the grace of God, Freddie is still with us! However, the severity of the accident resulted in a major spinal cord injury. Freddie was airlifted from Doctor’s Hospital in Nassau, Bahamas on February 22 to receive extended emergency care in the intensive care unit at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL. Since then, he has fought to learn to breathe independently & learning to feed himself again.

Daily life at this point of his recovery has its challenges, but we are confident that this humble man of God will be fully restored. As of Monday, March 23, Frederick was transferred to the Christine E. Lynn Rehabilitation Center in efforts to walk again and regain neurological function and motor skills.

As you can imagine, this life-change requires ongoing medical care and an extended rehabilitation period. We are asking that our family and networks of extended friends and loved ones join us in the fight to support Freddie on his road to recovery.

Anything you can give financially will help, and in advance, we’re eternally grateful for your generosity of spirit, calls, texts and prayers of love and support. Thank you, and please like and share this page with your extension of family to join Frederick in his fight.
