Hi!

My name is Freddie, I'm 18, trans and I've decided to start fundraising for my gender affirming care. All funds will go towards HRT and top surgery costs, including medical fees, travel fees, accommodation fees, and more.

Due to this, my target will probably change as plans progress, but I have set my current target at £5,000. I have some money saved, but not enough to cover the full costs, so am relying on this fundraiser to pay for my care long term.
