Hi, my name is Samantha and it is with extreme heartbreak that I announce that our beautiful, baby boy, Freddie Anthony Adams, Son to Hannah & Reese & Brother to Chantelle & Oliver.

On the morning of 25/06/22 Hannah & Reese woke up to something no parent should have to ever experience, they found their beautiful 10 month old baby Freddie unresponsive, “we got straight onto 999 and Reese (Freddie’s dad) was instructed to carry out CPR on our beautiful boy, when we arrived at Portsmouth QA hospitals, for another 45 minutes, with every effort made, unfortunately Freddie did not make it, our worlds changed forever from that moment. We also have 2 other children, Chantelle (13) & Oliver (4), this has been a massive shock to the family and very unexpected, we still have no answers to what happened to our baby boy, we never thought we would be having to plan a funeral for one of our children, Freddie was such a happy, healthy, baby, his smile lit up the room, he was everything we wished for and more”

Freddie touched the lives of so many and will be greatly missed. He was the most happiest, cheekiest & funniest baby I know. He was the one person who every time he saw me, his face lit up.

My aim is to raise money so that Freddie’s Family can give him the send off he deserves and to put Hannah & Reese’s mind at ease throughout this heartbreaking and difficult process.

I would also like, if any, excess money to be put towards a short break away for the family. Just some time away, together, to try and start to heal after this traumatic time.

I would also like to thank Vicky ( Matron of A&E ) “she went above and behind for us and Freddie, we was made to feel so comfortable in the situation we was in, she spent the whole day with us while saying goodbye to Freddie, all of our questions was answerd with love and support we really are grateful for all the team working in QUEEN ALEXANDRA HOSPITAL A&E on the 25/6/22.xx”

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank everybody who donates & sends condolences as I know Reese, Hannah, Chantelle & Oliver will be forever grateful for your support.
