Back in 2017, my dad was diagnosed with myeloma, a rare and tough form of blood cancer. It’s been a long journey with countless hospital stays and rounds of treatment, but thanks to the amazing advances in medicine and the work of Myeloma UK, he’s now in remission.
Because of that progress, we’ve been lucky enough to enjoy more valuable time together, including one of our favourite things, sharing a season ticket at Villa Park. Those match days have given us memories we’ll never forget.
To give something back, I’m running the Silverstone Half Marathon on 23rd November 2025 to raise money for Myeloma UK, helping them continue their life-changing research and support so that more families can have the same precious time we’ve been given.
Thank you for reading our story and for any support you can give.
