Fred Simmonds Cremation& Wake Expenses

Fredrick Raymond Simmonds, 43, passed on Monday August 14, 2023 at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI.

Fred was Born on April 2, 1980 to Barbara Simmonds and the Late David Holdorph in Flint, MI.  

He was preceded in death by his father David and step-brother Brian.

He is survived by his Mother; Barbara (Dennis) Simmonds.  Siblings; Randy (Janey), Melissa (Richard), Scott, Lisa (Vincent), Michael and Katrina.  Nephews; Nathan and Charlie.  Nieces; Jessica (Jason), Abbie, Emily, Grace and Danielle, and of course his "Other Brother"; Justin (Tara).

For the majority of his life Fred called Northern Michigan his home.  He was a life long fan of the Detroit Lions. And would never turn down an opportunity to cheer on his favorite NASCAR driver or go fishing with friends and family, even willingly hooking the worms for those a bit squeamish!  He was dedicated to Crooked Chord and made many cherished memories with them.  Anyone who knew Fred loved his infectious laugh and kind caring spirit, truly a trusted friend and Brother to many!!
