Fred Quintero of Canby, Oregon, had a stroke January 6.  He is still in the hospital and will likely have a long recovery.  

Fred is loved by friends old and new, some of us for nearly our whole lives, and we want to support his family in getting him what he needs while he recovers. Many expenses will be coming up and we don't want his family to be worried.

Fred is important to so many people, always supporting his community and ready to lend a hand.
