On the 7th September 2020 at 5.45am my 82 year old grandad and 78 year old nana woke up to the sound of the fire alarm, a fire had started in the living room and they were lucky to get out alive. The living room no longer exists and the rest of the house is extremely badly smoke damaged. They have literally lost everything but the pyjamas on their backs. They have lost their home, memories and all their possessions.
