Please help Freckles the Duck with surgery

Please can you help my Freckles... I have had her since she was a little duckling, she is part of a flock of 6 ducks. Unfortunatley she got an injury under her foot last year and was taken to the vet, however the vets were not bird specialists and did not treat her appropriately. Now the infection has gone into her bone/joints and she is lame in one foot.

She has the best life and is looked after so well, they have their own pond and free range all day, safe at night. She is really wanting to go back and play with her friends but she cannot walk properly and i have been nursing her for weeks now with a treatment of strong antibiotics.

I have since taken her to a bird vet and unfortunately they say her prognosis is not good unless she has surgery to remove the infection in her joints, or she will never walk again.

I love her so much, but truly cannot afford a surgery that big on her.

I would love to save her and give her a chance at life again, but i am afraid if she cannot have this surgery, she will need to be put to sleep, as there is no quality of life left. Right now she is healthy other than the foot so i just cant bring myself to let her go.

Please if you can find it in her heart to donate, even the smallest amount, myself and freckles would be so greatful.
