My Story: The $20 Million Injustice

Imagine you are living your life, working hard, and planning your future. Suddenly, you discover that a business associate has been committing fraud behind your back. Worse yet, you find out they were sued—and you were named in the lawsuit too, without ever being notified.

Nobody told me a thing about an out-of-state lawsuit. Two years later, I was told to show up to trial simply to answer questions as a witness. Because I am autistic, the overwhelming stress and confusion of the courtroom caused me to have a severe breakdown in front of the jury. Without understanding what was happening, and without any real opportunity to defend myself, I was slapped with a "Texas-sized" judgment of $20 million for fraud. My life was completely shattered.

I was denied a full legal defense. I was completely excluded from settlement talks, mediation, and discovery. This is the nightmare I have been living.

Behind My Back

In 2016, fans around the world knew me as the voice and creative mind behind the Minecraft animation YouTube channel, Futuristichub. I am not a rich man; I am an autistic creator who worked hard with a team to entertain millions of fans around the world.

The legal nightmare began behind my back in 2016. The lawsuit was originally filed in Texas against a person I worked with, Marko Princip. When Marko found out about the lawsuit, he hired an attorney named Robert Wilson. I was never informed. Months later, I was added to the suit.

When Robert Wilson discovered that I had absolutely no idea a lawsuit existed, he realized that the evidence showed Marko had defrauded me as well. To protect his actual client, Marko, Wilson asked the court to send my legal summons directly to his law office in Plano, Texas. At the time, I was living in California, completely oblivious.

For the next almost two years, Robert Wilson falsely claimed to represent me while actually working to protect Marko. He made fraudulent filings in my name without my knowledge or consent.

The Trial and the Fallout

In March 2016, Marko asked me to travel to Texas to appear at the trial as a witness. Both Robert and Marko got me into that courtroom to answer questions. Because of my autism, I was entirely blindsided and unaware of the legal trap that had been set.

After a few days of trial, the jury rendered a massive verdict against both Marko and me, treating us as equal business partners who had defrauded two investors out of a share in the YouTube channel. These two investors had paid Marko $1,500 each. I never knew about the money, I never received a dime of it, and I never received notice of the suit. Yet, I was left holding the bag for a multi-million-dollar judgment born entirely out of fraud on the court.

Following these proceedings, the Futuristichub channel was unfairly terminated by YouTube. While my wife and I successfully won that specific lawsuit on appeal three years later, the financial and personal devastation didn't stop.

What is Fraud on the Court?

Fraud on the Court occurs when an officer of the court—such as an attorney—makes intentionally fraudulent representations or deliberately withholds a court summons to manipulate the outcome of a case. In my case, my summons was intercepted by an attorney who used it to protect his client at my expense.

For years, I struggled to prove this. The breakthrough came in 2022 during a collections case, when I asked Robert Wilson to write and sign a witness statement. Believing that enough time had passed for him to be safe from consequences, he confessed to the fraud in writing.

With that confession, I have exhausted every resource to fight back. The motion regarding this Fraud on the Court claim is currently sitting in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and we are prepared to take it all the way to the United States Supreme Court.

The Ongoing Battle

The creditors in this case—Brandon Keating and David Moss—are fully aware of the circumstances. There is evidence showing they knew I was never notified of the original lawsuit, yet they used the situation to their advantage. Despite the proof of fraud, they continue to aggressively pursue me and my family. Both Keating and Moss organized the idea to use a shell entity named Fidelissimus, LLC to engage in illegal collections shielding the identities of the creditor. I am now fighting them in a bankruptcy case, which looks positive considering their fraud has been exposed but I still need that extra push to win.

The collateral damage has been immense. They have targeted:

My twin brother and his businesses.

My wife, attacking her home, her businesses, and her YouTube channels.

My elderly mother, who has been subjected to abusive and vexatious collection tactics.

Because of this systemic injustice, my ability to live, work, and raise a family with my British wife has been placed on complete hold. I am trapped in a cycle of debt slavery for a wrong I did not commit. I am currently fighting a complex bankruptcy case alongside several other legal battles just to survive.
