We regretfully inform you that Frank Rodriguez passed away suddenly on December 12, 2016. Frank was a loyal friend, devoted brother, and loving boyfriend. We hope to raise funds to help with expenses for his funeral/wake.  Frank's death was tragic and unexpected; and all donations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
