On Mother's Day Frank suffered from a massive heart attack. After being discharge from University of Maryland Capitol Region he was transferred to Bridgepoint Long-term Acute Care Hospital located in DC on 6/18/23 to recover. Unfortunately, in their care he passed away on 9/13/23. We missed him for he wasn't able to able to celebrate his baby girl's milestones such as senior prom, graduation or college drop off. The expense has been a lot and placed the family in financial hardship. All funds donated will be strictly used for his memorial service. Thanks, in advance!
