Frank’s Fearless Fight

Dear beloved friends, family, and other kind souls -
In the span of just a few weeks our lives have been turned completely upside down. It is with deep sadness, uncertainty, and unending hope that we ask for your help. Our beloved Frank is experiencing the greatest challenge of his life in his battle against liver disease and liver cancer.
As many of you may know of Frank has had a history with liver disease. In 2015 he was diagnosed with liver cancer. He was rushed into emergency surgery in 2017 but thankfully beat the odds and was able to attend his precious daughter Tara’s wedding just three months later.
Everyone breathed a sigh of relief as his cancer went into remission, but recently we learned the cancer returned. After conferring with his doctors, Frank decided to avail himself of the best treatment available, transarterial chemo-embolization (also known as TACE).
He had undergone TACE after his emergency surgery in 2017, and we had hoped it would be successful this time but unfortunately it was not.
To say that we are devastated is an understatement. We feel hopeless and like we have nowhere to turn. We are completely heartbroken.
Frank is a loving father, husband, son, brother, uncle and friend. Frank has always been the life of the party, kind hearted, loving, devoted, giving and positive. Through it all he has kept his positive outlook and his spiritual beliefs. He has always touched every soul he has ever met. His wonderful sense of humor has brightened many lives.
Anyone who knows Frank knows that he has always lived his life to the fullest. He has always been the life of the party. He is one of the kindest, most loving, giving, devoted, positive people you will ever meet. His spiritual beliefs and his belief in seeing things in a positive light have helped him pull though some of the most difficult times. He has the uncanny ability to touch every soul he meets.
Besides the obvious physical, emotional, and spiritual challenges he faces he and his family will also need our help financially, especially since his partner cannot work for the time being as he cares for Frank.
Your generosity and support at any level will be sincerely and greatly appreciated. Any donations will help:
to cover the costs of living expenses so that his partner and spouse, Tommy, can devote his time to caring for him.
pay for a private home health aide to assist the family until the state approves him for one.
keep him in his home - which is his Greatest Desire.
Cover medical bills and prescriptions not already covered by his insurance, plus gas and other travel expenses for his immediate family.
Frank had been very private about being sick for a couple of years and only recently started talking about it. He never wanted to burden or instill fear in his loved ones. He loves his family and friends with all of his heart and cherishes you all dearly.
We are grateful for our family and friends who are praying for us, offering help with anything and everything, and who are fighting this alongside us. Frank is touched by the outpouring of love and care. We are abundantly blessed and will never be able to fully express how much it means to have your support.
