Franklyn's Battle Against Stage IV Hodgkin's Lymphoma
Donation protected
Hello, I'm Franklyn, and I have Stage IV Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Unfortunately, I was recently let go from my job, and I'm not able to do as much physical labor as before the cancer. I didn't realize at the time that it was cancer and was told by the doctor and nurses at Urgent Care that it was a muscle or skeletal problem. I lost over 60 pounds, and my appetite became increasingly weaker. I am not able to stay awake longer than a few hours since I pass out and get shivers from fever and chills. With my treatment, some of the symptoms have been alleviated, but I'm still not able to work to live the way I used to. I have to travel a total of 6 hours to get the treatment every two weeks.
I hate asking for money, but it would be helpful if I could get some during this time of healing for the cost of travel and treatment since I'm not able to work. The money will be used to cover the cost of travel as well as the cost of treatment. I appreciate any amount, and even if I don't hit my "goal" or get much, every dollar counts and helps. Thank you for your time and hard-earned money or interest in my story. I wish you all the best and am eternally grateful.
