Hi my name is Denise, and I am writing this on behalf of my mom and my siblings. On Jan 6th, my dad passed away after years of dealing with kidney disease and recent heart failure. If you knew my dad, you know that he was the type of person to give you the shirt off his back and ask for nothing in return.
