Frank the Frenchie needs YOUR help

Hello Everyone ! 
My name is Elysia, I'm Frank the Frenchies Mommy ! 
Sadly Frank injured himself on Sunday, and slipped a disk in his NECK! He can't walk at all. We went to a neurologist today and he needs an MRI which is $3200 and then surgery after which can range from $4k-6k. The vet has given me an estimated 8k total . 

I am here to desperately ask for your help with my first love, Frank! He just turned 4 years old on the 6th of Aug. I have had him since he was 8 weeks old. He slept with me throughout his entire life, was my cuddle bug when I was pregnant and has become my Daughters best friend! To the point where she covers him with her blankie and "sleeps" with him. 

I am not ready to part with my son. I really need your help. As of now, he has a 90% prognosis if I get the surgery done ASAP.
