Frank Morales

Frank Galvan Morales         born: October 25, 1974  passed away: May 27, 2020

Frank has been a local Porterville  citizen for his entire  life. He suddenly passed  away this Wednesday at home.  He had a blood clot that caused a massive heart attack. Prior to this, he was well and healthy. It being so sudden, so unexpected that we are all still in shock. Frank was his family's Patriarch, and wore his title proudly.  He was his girls' biggest fan, attending each and every event they were in. He stuck out in a crowd because of his size, towering over most everyone I can think of. A gentle giant, Frank the Tank, we lovingly would refer to him. He was a force to be reckoned with as Officer, and Deputy Morales, but most that encountered him respect him, and reminisce fondly of how he helped them.  He was humorous and light-hearted. He was the rock, especially for his wife, and his family.  They don't know how to even live life without him.

At this time, I ask everyone reading this to take a moment, and possibly,  donate anything you're able to. Every little bit will help them with these unexpected finances, and will be appreciated more than you can imagine.

Frank was a 1992 Monache graduate.  After that he served in the military, the US Army Military Police from 2000-2005. At the time of his death, he had just come home from a shift duty. He began working for Tulare County Sheriff's Office, at the Porterville station, since 2005. He has been married to Mrs. Angelica Ramirez Morales since August 23, 1997.  They started their family during the time he was a military policeman.  They have two beautiful girls, their oldest, Ms. Melina Morales, and Ms. Analysse MoralesMelina is currently in her 2nd yr at Fresno State, and is a feature twirler. Analysse will be a Senior at Porterville High School, and is also a twirler.  I had the pleasure of working with his wife at All Creatures Pet Care. Frank was a doting husband and father... not to mention it extending to his family, his parents, and his brothers.  He would come in to the office with a coffee for Angelica, sometimes with his girls at toe, ready to give us all hugs and smiles to make our day.  Frank, Angelica and the girls would join us for dinners, and special occasions like super bowl, 4th of July. His family and his job he took the most pride in and they were clearly his main priorities. He will be so deeply missed, like a wave with a ripple effect.  This is a huge loss to not only his family, his friends, his coworkers, the entire community.

-Thank you everyone, with much love and gratitude
