This Go Fund Me was created a year ago when Frank was first diagnosed with Cancer and the money raised helped the family tremendously. He is now facing a new fight and the family could use your continued thought, prayers, and any assistance you are able to provide. Please keep praying and for Frank and his family!
Frank has been dealing with back pain for over a month which we thought was just sciatica. Then after not being able to get out of bed and being rushed to the hospital it was discovered that he has a growth on his L3/L4 vertebrae that is completely pinching off a nerve in his back which doctors suspect is a tumor.
In addition a CT Scan revealed that he has inflamed lymph nodes which were biopsied and preliminary blood tests show he has tumor markers that are positive for germ cell tumors and he will need chemo.
He will be having surgery on 6/17 to remove the growth from his vertabrae and relieve the nerve that is being pinched. He will have a rod and 2 screws put in to stabilize his L3/L4.
He will be out of work for at least 12 weeks from the surgery alone and will need to start chemo 14 days after surgery.
