Frank Koulianos Accident Recovery
On July 29th, my brother Frank (Foti) was rear ended by an 18-wheeler tanker truck On I-275 in downtown Tampa. The impact totaled the vehicle he was driving and left him suffering from post-concussive syndrome and severe neck/back pain. His MRI revealed multiple vertebral fractures, traumatic posterolisthesis with spinal cord deformity and herniated discs in the cervical, thoracic and lumbar regions of his spine.
He is attending physical therapy 5 day’s a week and is under the care of a orthopedic spine surgeon and neurologist.
Due to the pain from his injuries and symptoms from his concussion, he hasn’t been able to work his job as a paramedic. Due to the MRI findings, it seems highly unlikely that he will ever be able to return to his duties as a Paramedic, and must find a new career path. While millions of college educated individuals, like my brother, are finding themselves out of work during this global pandemic and forced to work any job they can, my brother will find himself challenged and even more limited in what he can do due to the long term issues caused by his injuries.
For these reasons, I am asking you all to consider helping him and his children with a gift in any amount. Every little bit helps and will be greatly appreciated.
My brother loves helping others and I assure you all that he will pay any blessings forward when this is all over with. Thank you for taking the time to read this and thank you for your consideration in helping him and his kids get through this challenging season.
