As you may be aware our dear colleague Frank Ibarra was tragically killed on Sunday May 17. He was a highly valued member of our team, with a friendly demeanor always willing to help when asked.  Frank made an impact on many people in our organization  and will be deeply missed. 

This fund is setup by request of many of his friends and colleagues in support of Frank's wife Lydia and rest of his family.
