Hi, my name is Frank Guzman.

I lived a good life but with a happy life comes complications. Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with health conditions that were out of my control. I lost my legs, for a while I had lost my sight before getting it surgically treated, and I had been routinely going to dialysis often 2 to 3 times a week.

On Wednesday, Dec 22, 2021 I passed away from a heart attack. Now I'm in a better place but I left behind my wife Sandi. Sandi needs help to put my body to rest. I ask that you help her with the financial obligations that she herself cannot afford. Anything helps.
