As many of you know, our very good friend Frank passed away on January 11th. Frank was a light to everyone he met. He LOVED his friends and was always there for them. To say this is a loss to our community in North Lake Tahoe is an understatement.

Frank's dad will need help with all of the expenses. He is a very good man. He doesn't have a lot of money. So, let's help him to not worry about the things he needs to do for his son.

All money raised during this campaign will help Frank Sr.

Frank's cousin Karen Griffin will be receiving the funds, managing and distributing the money to Frank Encinas Sr. as she receives them.
