Frank broke his collarbone and needs help with the bill.

Hi, I'm Frank and I had the temerity to break my collarbone and scrape chunks of skin from my torso, arm, and leg. The American medical system said this was clearly worth a soaking to the tune of $20 grand. While I'm trying to do what I can about the bill, I need help, please. Thank you so much.
