We are heartbroken by the loss of Frank A. Romney ,he was a beloved Father, Husband, Uncle and Papa. He touched so many lives with his kindness and spunky lovable attitude. There wasn't a person that he came in contact with that he couldn't make laugh. These last few years were hard with his ever going battle with COPD, he went peacefully in his sleep and surrounded by loved ones that were able to be around him. He was a father to 3 Beautiful Strong Women , A Loving loyal Husband and down right grumpy outstanding Papa to 8 amazing Grandbabies.
