This is a bit hard for us to do. My family has always been willing to help those in need, but the tables turned this time. We know God has bigger and greater plans for my Dad.
Unfortunately, this Monday evening on a job site, my Dad fell thru a roof, 15ft high working up north. He initially had bleeding in between the brain and skull, thank God that did go away, but he fractured his skull all the way, from top to bottom. He also fractured his forehead down thru the eye to the top of his cheek and fractured 2 discs on his back. The pain has taken over him, in a way I’ve never seen before. My Dad is such a hard working Man. He’s never given up, ever. Most of you that know him, know how tuff he is, but now, he’s weak and vulnerable.
Six months prior to this accident he was living off of savings because business in his company was very low. Doing whatever it took to make any bits of money here and there, and that’s what brought him to Oakland where the accident occurred.
Friends, as hard as it is to ask, my parents at the moment have no way to keep up with all their expenses. My Dad will be undergoing therapy. We are asking for your help to support my parents in these hard times, to pay for out-of-pockets hospital fees and financial support at least until my Dad can get back up and running.
Thank you so much. We never imagined ourselves having to do this, but my family and brothers can only help with so much. We are really hoping we can all come together as family and support my parents.
