On July 20th Francis was at the hospital with his fiancé Katy celebrating the birth of there baby Hailey when Fran passed. We are unsure of the cause of death at this time . He has left behind three children and a family that loved him dearly . Thank you for taking the time to read this and any help would be greatly appreciated.
