My name is Savanah and I am putting together this GoFundMe in honor of my Nana Francis who just recently suffered a major heart attack and passed away days before Christmas. This holiday season has been extra tough due to our family loss.

The holidays will never be the same but she will live on in legacy through her husband Jesus, her children Calvin, Myrna, Adrian, and Paloma. She has 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild who will pass on her legacy as well. Nana especially loved this time of year and as a family we are trying to honor her by keeping her traditions alive through food and time together.

Nana was the kind of woman who had open arms for everyone no matter the background, ethnicity, gender, religion, or struggles they had endured. She has provided people a place to sleep, place to eat, or place to get away regardless of what little she had or didn’t have to offer at the time. Each of her four children had friends who would consider her like a Nana or mother of their own.

As a family we are devastated by our loss and attempting to provide Nana the best possible end of life services. Being so near the holidays and unexpected we are asking for help with covering her expenses. Any way of help either in link sharing or monetary donations would be greatly appreciated by my family.
