Hi, my name is Stephanie Colin and im raising funds for the memorial and funeral for my loving sister Francis. She passed away February 5th after being brutally killed in a shooting outside her apartment. She was the most kind, loving, intelligent girl , sister , aunt , daughter you could ever know.
