Frances(mom) and Mark(dad) Need Our Prayers and Help

Hello, many know me as Tiffany, owner of Wicks Embroidery and Screen Printing. I am also the daughter of Frances and Mark Martinez. My parents have always been there for me, and not only me but my nephew. They have custody of my nephew and have been raising him full-time after losing his mother a few years ago. Unfortunately, my family endured bad news on Christmas Eve; my dad was informed that he has Stage 4 stomach cancer. Sad enough, right? Well, then my mom got very sick and was rushed to the hospital, which ended up with her in the ICU for over a week. My dad was by her side the entire time, which meant he wasn't working. He is the only one who works in their home because of my mother's disabilities.

Not even two weeks later, my dad went in for his 10-hour surgery to try and take as much of the cancer out as possible while using heated chemotherapy. He also had his gallbladder removed during the surgery. Well, here's the sad part...

My dad is not healing. He has been back and forth to the hospital since his surgery. He can't eat or drink, he is vomiting non-stop, and he is losing weight at a high speed.

My dad works as a mechanic for the United States Post Office, and he has exhausted his sick time and PTO time due to all this. Unfortunately, I can only help so much.

Now, we are not the type to ever ask for help, but I am heartbroken watching my mom struggle and worry about bills when she should just be able to focus on helping my dad on his healing process and raising their grandson.

At this time, we are asking for anything that could help with their monthly expenses until my dad can heal properly and return to work.

We know not everyone can help financially, which we COMPLETELY understand, and would ask that you say a prayer for healing.
