Abbatiello home Lost to Fire: Your Help Needed

Hi everyone,

 My name is Francesco Abbatiello, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart on behalf of not just myself, but my incredible parents, who have always been the foundation of our family. Earlier today, while I was on standby for work at JFK Airport, I received devastating news our family home was completely destroyed by a fire. In an instant, we lost everything. I had been living with my mom and dad while saving for a place of my own, and now, all three of us are without a home, facing an uncertain future until at least December 2025. My father, 63, has spent his life working tirelessly outdoors as a landscaper and snow plow driver, often in the harshest conditions, to provide for our family. He’s nearing retirement, but now faces this heartbreak when he should be able to look forward to rest. My mother, as strong and determined as ever, is doing her best to find steady work but continues to struggle with limited hours and opportunities. As for me, I just officially got off probation at work and have been working hard to build a future not just for myself, but to help support my parents as well. We’ve always looked out for each other, and right now, we need help more than ever. This tragedy has left us emotionally shaken and financially overwhelmed. We’re doing everything we can to stay hopeful and begin the long process of rebuilding our lives. Any support whether through a donation, sharing this page, or simply sending words of encouragement would mean the world to our family. Every contribution will go directly toward expenses not covered by insurance and helping us recover from this unimaginable loss.
