Hi, I’m Francesca and I’m looking to raise some funds to put towards my drama school tuition starting in September this year.

When I was 11 I had spinal fusion surgery to correct severe scoliosis, and me and my family weren’t sure how realistic a career in musical theatre would now be. However, I started getting into dancing again just under a year after my surgery and this was the beginning of my journey to taking back control of what I thought I may never get to experience again.

I’ve spent the last 2 years training at KTCo Studios on their Accelerate program, training in Musical Theatre and really getting a fantastic and well rounded groundwork to kick start my training. I was delighted and simply over the moon to receive a place at Mountview on their degree course back in April.

The course is just over £16,000 a year, and with it being a private degree, I can only get £6,000 on a student loan. I’m trying to raise funds towards the remaining balance. I’ve always dreamt of being a performer and if anyone could donate anything at all, me and my family would be so grateful.
