Hello everyone! My name is Frances Knox. I am a single mom and I am asking for any kind strangers out there to please help me out during these difficult times.
On 11/14/2022 I was hit in a car accident by a driver that was not properly insured and now I am left with the debt this whole nightmare has left me with. My car was totaled when the driver failed to stop and ran her light as mine was green, and I was crossing over. At this point I am grateful to be alive, grateful to have been able to sing my daughter Happy Birthday the very next day, but the effects of this vehicle collision go beyond bodily injury. I was forced to miss work due to the accident, and attend numerous doctor visits. In all this, my attorney with the Dan Newlin firm in Orlando just now informed me that the driver who hit me does not have the proper coverage to cover any bodily injuries let alone will I be receiving any compensation for this life altering event. The insurance is obligated to cover for any treatments up $10,0000 especially since I was not found at fault. But this auto collision happen mid November, leaving me with very little room financially to be able to provide for my daughter and I and make rent and pay the essential utilities on time.
It is 12-05-2022 and I have yet been able to pay this months rent and the essential utilities like food, light, gas, and monthly expenses for my 6 yo daughter. I am divorced and share custody but do not pursue child support due to the fact that neither her father and I make much and each of us take care of the expenses for our daughter evenly each month. At this very and exact moment I have less than $10 in my account and I am begging any kind stranger to please donate anything they can. I have asked for $5,000 as the goal because at this moment I am still unable to make ends meet for both this month and most likely next. I am working closely with my physical therapist and following all instructions to get back on my feet, literally and continue to provide first for my beautiful daughter Lucille and make ends meet. Please, anything helps.
