On February 18th 2020, a 2-alarm house fire broke out on 18 Frances Road. Fortunately, the Smith family was not home, and the WFD was able to rescue the two dogs inside. The Smiths are long time Woburn residents, and were very active in the Woburn hockey community. The house is not habitable currently, but is "definitely repairable," said Woburn Fire Chief Stephen Adgate. Please consider helping them get back on their feet during this trying time.
