Support Frances Murphy’s Medical Journey and Recovery

On August 4th, 2025, while vacationing in Aruba with her husband Michael, Frances suffered a sudden and devastating rupture of a brain aneurysm. She was urgently airlifted back to the United States, where she has undergone multiple complex neurological surgeries. Frances is currently in very critical condition in the ICU at HCA Aventura Hospital in Aventura, Florida, fighting bravely with the support of her medical team and loved ones.

This fundraiser has been created to help offset the overwhelming medical expenses associated with her emergency evacuation and transport, intensive care, and ongoing treatment. Every contribution will go directly toward supporting Frances’s recovery and easing the financial burden on her family during this unimaginably difficult time.

Frances is a radiant light in the lives of so many. She’s a passionate teacher, a gifted pianist, a talented soprano and member of both the New York Choral Society and Oratorio Society, and a dedicated 3-time NYC Marathon finisher and member of the NY Flyers. She is the loving wife of Michael, and adoring cat mom of Julius.

Frances's warmth, generosity, and kindness have touched countless people. Whether in the classroom, on stage, or cheering others on, Frances brings joy, strength, resilience, and compassion to everything she does.
