******************************
You work hard and do everything right. You pay your taxes, stop at the yellow light and hold the door open for the next person. And then in one catastrophic day, everything is gone. Your home of 30 years, your neighborhood and your community. What seemed like a standard evacuation order is now a life altering situation.

For an immigrant like myself, far from home and any family, Frances was family. She adopted me, like so many other strays in LA. You could always count on leftovers in the fridge or a feast made for an army on any given holiday.

Her home was a joy and a refuge. And it saddens me that she will have to pick back up and start all over again. But if anyone can, I know Frances can.

Your support will go a long way in showing Frances just a fraction of the love and support she has poured out to everyone over the last 30+ years.

I encourage you to donate and share this link with others and keep Frances in your prayers.

Please keep all of LA in your prayers.
